- You take features from idea to live: understand the problem, design the solution, build it, ship it
- You shape UI and UX – no finished designs land on your desk. How a feature looks, feels and how many clicks it takes is your call too
- You test what you build – against real shipment and customs cases, as part of development rather than a sign-off step at the end
- You work with our AI-powered tooling and get the most out of it
- You talk directly to customers, carriers and the teams in-house – short paths, no requirements handed down second-hand
- You make the calls in your own area and have experienced colleagues alongside you for the bigger questions
- You'll get to know the world between booking and delivery: Incoterms and HS codes, customs classification, volumetric weight, transit times, scan events – and build the features that make all of it invisible to everyone else

What You'll Do
What You Need to Succeed
- Roughly three to five years of hands-on software development – though we're less interested in the years than in what you've built
- You've built and shipped features end to end – from the first sketch to the moment someone actually uses them
- A solid grasp of web and backend systems, third-party APIs and relational databases
- An eye for UI and UX: you notice when an interface gets in someone's way, and you fix it instead of filing a note
- High standards for testing – whatever you ship, you've pulled apart first
- You work with AI support and can judge for yourself whether the output holds up
- You see things through – including documentation and whatever comes after launch
- You enjoy working closely with people outside engineering, and you can hold a carrier conversation that's about processes rather than tech
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not a requirement – you'll pick up the domain knowledge here
- Excellent English; solid German
